In this picture you can see the solid foundations / the builders are constructing, their progress is impressive as it's made of steel and cement and looks very modern. You can see it a beautiful day by the picture but throughout the last couple of weeks the building were hampered by the weather with rain. All the workman follow OH&S procedures by wearing their hard hats, the building is cyclone proof and built on red earth. The progress is brilliant and on schedule for completion in the near future.
